Refund and Return Policy
There are no returns/refunds for digital downloads.
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please contact me first to explain the circumstances. We can work together to make it right!
To be eligible for a return, please contact me within ten (10) days of the item being confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Quilts must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any evidence of wear on quilts or paper patterns will disqualify the item for return or refund.
To complete your return, receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and be applied to the credit card or original method of payment.
As a general rule, refund are very slow to be processed by payment processors such as Visa, PayPal, etc. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank or PayPal account again. Next, contact the credit card company or bank to request an update. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sarah@lazycozyquilts.com.
